The unit of the values is pmol/nmol P_i. CER, ceramide. RAW 264.7 cells were treated with 1 ng/ml LPS, 100 μM PA, or both LPS and PA for different times as indicated. After treatment, cells were harvested and subjected to the lipidomic analysis of CERs, as described in materials and methods.
