The patients with CRS were classified into the asthma (+) and asthma (−) groups based on the diagnosis of clinical symptoms of asthma. (A) PBLs from normal controls (N, n = 19), the asthma (+) patients (n = 7) and the asthma (−) patients (n = 11) were stimulated and analyzed, as described in Figure 2. The three groups were compared in terms of CD107a, IFN-γ or TNF-α expression on NK cells.
