RAW 264.7 macrophages were pre-treated with or without 200 μM rutin for 4 h and further incubated with 400 μM palmitic acid and/or 200 μM rutin for 24 h. Cells were washed with PBS and incubated with the detecting reagent from the Total ROS Detection Kit for 30 min at 37 °C. (A) Representative pictures of ROS detection.
