Also listed are the corresponding differences in the relaxation rates (between wild type and lacZ tumor) due to β-galactosidase (ΔR₁^β-gal and ΔR₂^β-gal, respectively). MCF7-lacZ tumors showed a significant decrease in both T₁ and T₂ values at 2 h post injection compared to baseline.
