Data are for male and female wild-type (WT) and BDNF heterozygous mice (HET) treated with vehicle (veh) or CP55,940 (CP) and are expressed as mean ± SEM. *P < 0.05 for difference between HET mice and wild-type controls based on ANOVA main effect. HET mice spent less time with the novel object compared to wild-type controls but there was no effect of young-adult CP treatment.
