Effect of OVA exposure on the cellular composition of BALF in animals immunized with DCs. On day 0, mice were immunized by intratracheal administration of 1 × 106 OVA-DCs or control PBS-DCs. On days 14–20, mice were exposed to 30 minutes of daily OVA or PBS aerosol. At 24 hours after the last aerosol (day 21), BAL was performed. Groups are coded as immunization/aerosol exposure.
