PERG responses to gratings of different spatial frequency for 2- and 4-week experimental conditions. Normal and treated animal responses were significantly stronger than those measured in the eyes of the NT animals. The DT animal responses were not different from each other; however, the responses from the 2-week treatment/4-week survival animals were consistently stronger than those measured in the 2-week DT animals, and not different from normal at the higher spatial frequencies.
