Quantum dots (Qdots) transport from vagina to lumbar lymph nodes. Quantum dots were instilled 12h after treatment with N-9 or saline. Lymph nodes were harvested 36h later, rendered transparent, and quantum dot clusters were counted. Coatings were: carboxyl, streptavidin (SAv), or SAv coupled to biotinylatedpolyarg-nonamer.
