BALB/c mice were treated with 5% dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) in drinking water for 3 days before oral infection with 300 of infective L3 larvae H. polygyrus until the end of the experiment. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA using MINITAB Software. Data are presented as the mean values ± SE.
