Notes:

^aPlasmid DNA containing FGFR3 sequence with a single mutation from one exon was added to human genomic DNA such that it was about 0.02% of the samples. The assay contained only primers for the particular exon being tested;

^bplasmid DNA containing FGFR3 sequence for mutant exon 7 was added to human genomic DNA such that they represented approximately 0.02% of the sample. The assay was performed with primers for all three exons.
