(B) Genome-wide high-resolution nucleosome occupancy data was collected from sporulating WT and jhd2Δ cultures. TSS centered and log2 transformed mean occupancy signal of 5147 coding genes is shown with the time point of sporulation represented by color, as indicated in the legend.
