The locations of point and deletion mutations, the MLS, conserved alkaline nuclease motifs I to VII (29), and the carboxy-terminal SPA tag are indicated. (B) Expression of SPA-tagged constructs in transfected HeLa cells. Cells were transfected with the indicated plasmids and harvested 24 hpt.
