DC3000 cells in ½21CS were subjected to a 15- or 60-min osmotic upshock with a moderate (0.22 M) or high (0.44 M) NaCl concentration.
The gene functions are as defined in Table 2 (see also Table S3 in the supplemental material), with the addition of PSPTO_4906, which encodes a putative ferritin/DPS gene, and PSPTO_1274, which encodes a putative cold shock protein.
