Total liver ng TCDD is equivalent to TCDD hepatic levels (in ng/g or ppb) × absolute liver weight (in g), whereas total ng TCDD administered per mouse takes into account the TCDD dose (30 μg/kg or ng/g) multiplied by the average mouse weight at the time of dosing (g).
