Representative chromatograms depicting metabolism of maraviroc by colon and vagina tissue biopsies. Biopsies were incubated with maraviroc (10 μM) for 24 hours at 37 °C. After incubation, the medium was collected and biopsies were homogenized in ethyl acetate. Medium and homogenates were analyzed via uHPLC-MS/MS in selected reaction monitoring mode. A.
