(A) Matrigel invasion assays in H157 and A549 NSCLC cells stably expressing pCMV (empty vector), CRK-SH2 domain, or CRK-SH3N domains at 24 hours following seeding of 1 × 105 cells in the upper chambers of the invasion assay. (B) Quantification of invaded cells through the Matrigel membrane following 24 hours of incubation. Experiments were done in triplicate. Five separate areas of each membrane were counted.
