Figure 5

Example images from group 3 of a patient with severe three-vessel coronary artery disease. There was a severe stenosis of the right coronary artery (yellow arrows) identified on the 3D image of the heart (a), curved planar reformation (b), invasive coronary angiography (c), and cross-sectional images of the coronary artery (d) with areas of non-calcified plaque and both macro and microcalcifications. There were significant stenoses (white arrows) of the left anterior descending artery (e) and left circumflex artery (f) that corresponded to images obtained by invasive coronary angiography (g). The male patient had a BMI of 23 and a radiation dose of 0.86 mSv (k = 0.014).
