Two IFN-γ-Rx molecules are drawn as blue cartoon and IFN-γ homodimer as green cartoon. The receptor residues forming the interface with IFN-γ are drawn as yellow sticks, the residues selected for mutations are highlighted in red, and the residue N96 in magenta.
