Serum neutralizing antibody (PRNT) responses and RVFV IgG OD₄₁₄ values of calves in the Phase II studies that were inoculated s.c. or i.m. with 1×10³, 1×10⁴ or 1×10⁵ PFU of arMP-12ΔNSm21/384. No statistically significant differences were calculated between the dosage treatments. RVFV-specific IgG values were significantly increased (P<0.001) in animals inoculated i.m. with 1×10⁴ or 1×10⁵ PFU of arMP-12ΔNSm21/384 versus animals inoculated s. c. with 1×10³ or 1×10⁵ PFU.
