Eosinophils comprised a significant proportion of the cells present in the lavage of mice exposed to Ova. Ova-exposed mice treated with Dex-NP had fewer eosinophils compared to PBS control mice (1.09±0.28×105 (n = 18) vs. 2.94±0.6×105 (n = 12) respectively, P = 0.016).
