AP-1 activity progressively increases in response to N(G12V)-Ras. Tet-regulated cell line 15N was transfected with the AP-1 luciferase reporter plasmids followed by withdrawal of doxycycline in some cultures. Cells were harvested at the indicated times and lysates were subjected to the dual luciferase assay to determine AP-1 activity. Data are shown as means ± SEM for three independent experiments.
