Inhibition of MAP kinases differentially affects AP-1 activity. ST88-14 cells were transfected with the AP-1 luciferase reporter plasmids. 24 h later, the medium was changed to include the indicated inhibitors followed by 16 h of incubation, at which time cells were harvested for the dual luciferase assay.
