Panels AD (Upper Panels); Capan-2 cells were exposed to either vehicle (DMSO), MI-219 (5 μM), MI-319 (5 μM), Gemcitabine (100 nM) alone, MI-219 (5 μM) + Gemcitabine (100 nM) and MI-319 (5 μM) + Gemcitabine (100 nM). Cell growth inhibition was detected using MTT assay while apoptosis was detected using Histone DNA/ELISA assay as described under Material and Methods.
