A 9·1 kb SalI fragment containing the human Tie-2 enhancer a dominant negative CIITA mutant cDNA driven by the cytomegalovirus enhancer/B-actin promoter (CAG), and an antibiotic resistance cassette, was used to transfect porcine fetal fibroblasts for subsequent nuclear transfer.
