IMP1 promotes colonosphere growth after passaging. Xenograft tumors were dissociated into single cells and grown in serum-free, ultralow attachment conditions. (A) Individual tumor cells were evaluated after 10 days for sphere growth, followed by mechanical disruption, passaging and evaluation of sphere growth and spreading after 14 days.
