Exponentially growing cultures of the wild type, grx3 grx4 mutant, slt2 mutant, grx3 grx4 slt2 mutant, aft1 mutant, grx3 grx4 aft1 mutant, grx3 grx4(pSlt2) mutant, and wild type(pSlt2) were harvested and processed for Northern blot analysis. Northern blots were hybridized with FET3, FIT3, and U1 probes. U1 was used as a loading control.
