In vivo antibacterial activity of PM181104 against S. aureus E710 (MRSA) in the murine septicemia model when administered i.v. at 1.25 mg/kg, 2.5 mg/kg, and 5 mg/kg compared to the vehicle control, untreated control, and standard antibiotic, i.e., linezolid given i.p. at 25 mg/kg.
