Extracted ion chromatograms for RPV monohydroxylated metabolites, M1 and M2, and dihydroxylated metabolites, M3 and M4. Human liver microsomes (2 mg/ml) were incubated with 20 μM RPV for 30 min at 37°C in the presence of an NADPH-regenerating system. RPV metabolites were detected by UHPLC-MS/MS in SRM mode using the following transitions: 383→222 m/z (M1 and M2), 399→183 m/z (M3), and 399→196 m/z (M4). Chromatograms are representative of three individual experiments. It should be noted that the y axes differ for each metabolite due to the observed intensity of the ions.
