Effect of light on cao-1, cao-2, and al-2 transcript levels. Real-time RT-PCR analyses of cao-1, cao-2, and al-2 mRNA in total-RNA samples of the wild type grown in the dark or exposed to light for 15 min, 30 min, 1 h, or 2 h. Levels are relative to the value for each gene in the dark. All data show averages and standard deviations for four measurements from two independent experiments.
