Colocalization of SORLA and APP with the indicated proteins in SY5Y-A/S cells treated with a siRNA directed against endogenous PACS1 (without PACS1) or with a scrambled control siRNA (with PACS1) was tested by confocal immunofluorescence microscopy. The extent of colocalization was scored by determination of thresholded Manders (tM) values as detailed in Materials and Methods.
