The systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and mean arterial blood pressure before, during, and after ventricular fibrillation (VF). The mean arterial pressure drastically decreased to 0 mmHg upon induction of VF. Systolic pressure and diastolic pressure decreased simultaneously following VF (Figures C, A and B). Upon resuscitation, mean arterial pressure returned to normal values within few minutes.
