The direct and indirect cell-cell interactions between pair-combinatorial homologous cells are TILs vs. CAFs, TILs vs. NFs, and TILs vs. CAFs-NFs. The interaction between CAFs and NFs are always direct interaction. Medium meant TILs in the upper chamber of the Transwell. The medium containing secretory materials of TILs/Tregs, which the TILs lived in, penetrated down, and imposed an effect on CAFs/NFs in the bottom well of the Transwell.
