The left retina contains three tumors; one large tumor at 12 o'clock, and two smaller tumors at 6 o'clock and 9 o'clock (the two smaller tumors were treated with laser photoablation therapy which resulted in tumor eradication and exposure of the sclera). The radiation symbol denotes the point in time when proton beam radiation therapy was administered to the left eye (age of patient is listed in days).
