The cell cycle of the PC3M cells treated with 150 nM LB for 6, 12 and 24 h was analyzed by flow cytometry. (B) Effects of LB and MEK inhibitior on cell cycle progression. Flow cytometry was performed to analyze the cell cycle of PC3M cells treated with LB (150 nM) and/or U0126 (20 μM). The control indicates cells subjected to the vehicle treatment. The DNA was stained with PI and the content was determined by flow cytometry, as described in Materials and methods.
