OA vapor flows in the direction of the black arrows through plastic tubing (thick blue lines) and is bubbled through air stones twice to ensure saturation before reaching the flies. The OA/air stones and flies are housed in glass vials sealed with black stoppers. The stoppers have holes for glass tubing to pass through (brown lines), which are attached to the plastic tubing. The chamber containing flies is vented.
