(A). B6 TCR δ^−/− mice (n =10 per each group) were intravenously reconstituted with either Vγ4 or Vγ1 γδ T cells sorted from B6 β^−/− mice (1×10⁵ cells/mouse). On the following day, reconstituted mice were inoculated subcutaneously with B16 F0 tumor cells (2×10⁵ cells/mouse), and tumor growth was observed and recorded daily. Data represent three independent experiments. (B). Sex- and age-matched B6 TCRδ^−/− mice (n =10 per each group) were reconstituted with activated (CD44^high) Vγ1 and Vγ4 γδ T cells sorted from B6 TCR β^−/− mice (1×10⁵ cells/mouse). On the following day, reconstituted mice were inoculated subcutaneously with B16 F0 tumor cells (2×10⁵ cells/mouse). Recipient mice were monitored for the presence of tumors.
