Expression of the Ubi-junD^m transgene. (A) Schematic representation of the 3.0 kb Ubi-junD^m transgene construct. The complete mouse junD cDNA was ligated to the human Ubi-C promoter and a myc-tag was inserted at the C terminus. Expression of Ubi-junD^m transgene in various organs of 3-week-old wild-type (Wt) and transgenic mice (Tg5) analyzed by Western blot using a myc-specific polyclonal antibody.
