Stereo view of the differences in backbone conformation for space groups P6₁22 (black coil representation) and C222₁ (white coil representation). In space group C222₁, no interpretable electron density was observed for residues 816–817, 834–836, 915–917, 943–945, 972–973 and 1024–1036. The channel size in space group P6₁22 is reduced to 6.5 × 12.5 Å (10.5 × 12.5 Å in space group C222₁), because loop L1 is pushed inwards due to a crystal packing contact.
