Detection of the gp180 and gB glycoproteins in MDBK and BoMac virions. Different amounts of MDBK and BoMac virions were compared for gp180 (with anti-Bo10-c15 serum) and gB (with mAb 35) content per PFU by immunoblotting as described in the Methods.
