Instead, ¹⁸F-DOPA PET/CT shows a very intense uptake in the right adrenal, consistent with pheochromocytoma. Note the concomitant uptake in the body–tail of the pancreas, and the intense uptake in the gallbladder. Images with no carbidopa premedication.
