The CTL in vivo killing assay was performed in groups of WT and BLT1−/−mice as described in methods. The mice were vaccinated with 50 μg of E749-57 peptide + 10 μg of MPL-A in 200 μl of PBS. A group of naïve mice was also used as control. (A). Representative histograms of CFSE labeled targets.
