Unrooted phylogenetic tree and domain architecture of DWA1 protein orthologs in vascular plants and microbial relatives. Amino acid sequences of DWA1 orthologous proteins were analyzed using the neighbor-joining method with genetic distance calculated by MEGA4 www.megasoftware.net/. The numbers at the nodes represent percentage bootstrap values based on 1,000 replications. The length of the branches is proportional to the expected number of amino acid substitutions per site, with a scale provided at the bottom of the tree.
