Table 1.

Drug loading in micelles was investigated by increasing RAP to polymer ratio (w/w) from 5 to 50%, while maintaining the concentration of the polymer at 0.5 mm and siRNA at 3 µm. RP-HPLC was used to quantify RAP encapsulation levels, and to calculate loading efficiency.
