In the glandular epithelial cells, 8OHdG fluorescence (red punctate nuclear stain) was detected in nuclei of Lgr5-positive (green cytoplasmic stain, long arrow), and Lgr5-negative cells (short arrow). B. In lamina propria, 8OHdG was detected in nuclei of Lgr5-positive (long arrows) and Lgr5-negative cells (short arrows). Nuclei are stained with DAPI. Original magnification 400X.
