Change in pulmonary regurgitation. Changes in pulmonary regurgitation over the follow-up period. Pulmonary regurgitation was graded from 0 to 4 based on regurgitant jet length and extension into the right ventricular (RV): 0 = none; 1 = trivial (<1 cm); 2 = mild (1–2 cm); 3 = moderate (>2 cm, does not extend into RV body); or 4 = severe (>2 cm, extends into RV body).
