Cell suspension aliquots were incubated with indicated drug for 15 min and subsequently with an additional concentration of 0.08 nM of [³⁵S]GTPγS at 30°C. Data are expressed as % of maximal stimulation by 10 µM DAMGO and presented as mean ± SEM (vertical bar) for 3 - 4 independent experiments assayed in triplicate.
