Human PBMCs were incubated with β-glu6 (100 μg/mL) (lower panels) or PBS (upper panels) in medium for 24 h, and the cell culture supernatants were collected. The status of the production of cytokines and chemokines was detected by Human Cytokine Array Panel A according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
