The catalytic subunit of the DNA primase (A), PolD (B) and PolB (C) were injected at different concentrations (16.67 nM, 50 nM, 150 nM and 450 nM) on a chip coated with the assembly of a 32mer ssDNA bound by RPA. Signals reported (black curves) are already subtracted from a RPA dissociation curve and data were fitted using a 1:1 binding reaction model (red curves).
