The expressions of c-type and g-type lysozymes were determined in kidney, spleen and liver by qRT-PCR method. The samples were analyzed at 1h, 3h, 6h, 12h and 24h post-treatment. Expression of EF1α was as an internal control for qRT-PCR. Each experiment was performed at least in triplicate. Data are shown as mean ± SE (n = 3). **:p < 0.01.
