Effect of IP6 on AOM-induced colonic aberrant crypt foci (ACF) in rats. IP6 decreases the number of ACF in all IP6-fed groups relative to the AOM-only group. Each value expressed as mean ± SD (n = 6). *Indicates significant difference by Tukey's test (P < 0.05).
